Stewardship, Not Status
In the HeartFire movement, hosting a circle is not a position to achieve but a gift to steward before the Lord. There is no hierarchy here—no ladder to climb, no title to earn. Only a sacred trust: the privilege of creating space where the Holy Spirit can meet His wounded children.
Leadership in this context looks like servanthood, following Christ's example. It looks like showing up consistently, holding confidences carefully, pointing people to Scripture, and resisting the temptation to fix what only God can heal. The best circle hosts are those who remain learners, always receiving from the Lord even as they give.

Authority & Discernment
As a leader, remember: you are a facilitator, not a spiritual authority. No one is guided into altered states, visualization techniques, or non-biblical practices. Discernment, Scripture, and submission to Christ are central to every gathering. We test everything against God's Word and trust the Holy Spirit to do the work that only He can do.

Mentorship
Walk alongside a new host, sharing what you've learned and helping them find their footing. The best way to grow is to give away what you've received in Christ.
Multiplication
Help birth new circles in your community, church, or network. The Kingdom multiplies as more homes open their doors in Jesus' name.
