Raising Calm, Courageous, and Connected Youth in an Anxious World

HeartFire Youth equips young people with the emotional resilience, identity security, and leadership skills needed to thrive spiritually, mentally, and relationally.

Understanding Today's Youth

Young people today face a unique set of challenges. Rising rates of anxiety and stress, constant digital overload, questions about identity and belonging, and increasing disconnection from meaningful relationships are shaping how this generation experiences the world.

At the same time, many families feel overwhelmed—uncertain how to support their children through these pressures while managing their own responsibilities.

Many families are searching for preventative, whole-person support that strengthens resilience before crisis emerges—support that addresses the emotional, relational, and spiritual dimensions of a young person's life.

Our Approach

HeartFire Youth focuses on formation and prevention—building the foundations for lifelong wellbeing.
